Our Independent Agency staff, normally in the office, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, daily. SOME ONE IS HERE WORKING DURING THE LUNCH HOUR, Monday through Friday helping us serve you. Many times, Patsy and Jerry work late (odd additional hours)to better serve your needs. Contact us know, we will reply very soon. We check our messages frequently and service our clients, 24 / 7 including Holidays and weekends. The office closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thursday & Friday for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day. We close early on Chistmas Eve and New Years Eve.
